With a gravelly, weathered old salty dog of a voice that resides somewhere in the universe of Dr. John, Tom Waits, Randy Newman & Willie Nelson (just to name a few from MY old universe) BILLY THE MOUNTAIN spews out the earthy, seasoned lyrics of 'LOVE' along with a real nice and efficacious arrangement that can't help but to put you in that funky old "what the hell's love all about, anyway?" kinda mood.
Just 'LOVE' the tender touch of the strings & background vocals that BILLY's got goin' on here in contrast to the heavy metal rock guitar and his own very 'down & out' classic sounding "That's the voice I wish 'I' had" extraordinary vocal.
Terrific song by this new mostly R&B Artist on Noisehead from Bangkok, Central, Thailand (and lookin' forward to hearing more)! - Magic Potion

This is an amazing song. Those opening chords are reminiscent of something by Justin Currie..found myself almost anticipating it...then it went to a whole nother place, just as great..a compliment, cause I really like Justin Currie. Those Scots can write, can't they?.....Anyway, the more I listen to this band, the more impressed I am.. by the writing, the musicianship, the production..Billy the Mountain is the real deal.

Thanks and thanks again for all the kind words and cool comments that have us working all the harder on our next album. Like I've said elsewhere, it would be cool to succeed as a band to help the children as is our aim, but meantime, we as a band are so knocked out by the kindness of our Noisehead peers and their generous compliments. We listen every day to Noisehead as there is so much amazing music here and we are already working to cover classy original songs we found here for live work. Our hats off to all our net neighbours who make music to blow what's left of our minds' away! Peace Love and Harmony and hope to gig in a venue near you before too long...Billy The Mountain
