Hey, thanks for the update. Haven't been on here recently, but I'll be checking out your new tunes soon. Am unable to play music at the volume I like at the moment, but as soon as I'm able to, I'll be sure to give them both a thorough listen.
Oh yeah, absolutely. I didn't mean to criticize or anything :) I was just wondering what you would sound like, were your genre something a bit different.
After all, in being alive, we're always in a kind of a strange and absurd situation. We do what we can to make the best of it. We sing and dance and paint and... The way, or style, in which we do it is actually beside the point, I guess.
The opening notes of Dedication immediately reminded me of a song by Eddie Vedder:

So when I was listening to the other songs, I couldn't help but wonder - what if you used less "synthetic" sounding tunes and the full potential of your voice could merge with real instruments. Now that would be something. I think it would be especially impressive if you sang songs that were a bit sadder. Sadness or melancholy is not for everyone, of course, but somehow I get the feeling that your voice could really pierce through the listener, if the songs weren't so... flighty? I guess what I'm trying to say is that the nature of you chosen genre doesn't let your true individuality shine through?
That's something my brother has told me on quite a few occasions, that I haven't found "my own voice" yet, so I tend to goof around and end up with songs that don't really have the impact they could have. I think that, much like me, you still have to find your own voice :) Good luck to the both of us in that, eh?
Despite the name, I don't know much spanish either! I'm a bit of a weather watcher, and the name Derecho does indeed come from the windstorm (though I am a righty). One of the guys in FPM lives in Denver where derechos often start, and I live in Dayton where they often end...so it seemed fitting. I'll check out more of your tunes this weekend (going to see Phish in Indiana tonight) and throw some more comments your way. I really like your sound! I also recently discovered Lukas (see below) and am happy to see this much quality music has been coming to Noisehead lately.
Hi Wealthbuilder - about your latest song manipulate - given the fact that you have very difficult vocal lines to sing I suggest you will have to always keep your focus on hitting those notes - but you have a nice tone in your voice and you are a good singer - I just think if you get it spot on all your work is going to be on another level - your arrangements are quite complex and interesting and original - keep on the good work

Thanks for the message. Glad to hear you're living a lean & healthy lifestyle. Hope it brings you lots of inspiration!
I would LOVE to see 'Sugarfree' back up here on Noisehead where it belongs. It's one of my favorite songs of all time. But if you don't really want to do that, it's O.K., I'd understand. I already have it on my home computer, so you don't have to send it to me in an email, but I'll give you my email address again. I already sent it to you, but I'll do it again.
Check your "personal messages"... That's where I sent it to you, and that's where I'm sending it to you again... in your "personals"... Feel free to keep in touch and let me know if & what you're still producing. I'd love to hear any new work you'd care to run by me.

Good Day Wealthbuilder,
'Everybody' has a great sound and arrangement. The track is captivating fron the start to the finish.
'Something To Blame' has one of the most impressionable sounds that I have ever heard. The first measure sets the scheme for the rest of this incredible track. Don't sell youself short WHEN asked to write for hire. Anything you create is gonna be a treasure for someone...HOPEFULLY YOU! MAGNIFICENT TALENT!
